I’m the founder and brand chef of Angel Cakes — a healthy lifestyle project that includes the international café chain, online wellness store Angel Store and Angel Wellness Club community. I’m also a vegan pastry chef, food stylist, and food blogger passionate about balanced living and mindful habits.

I love inspiring people to dream bigger, build healthy routines, and believe that anything is possible with dedication and purpose.

My journey began in Volgograd, Russia in 2014, and the first Angel Cakes café opened in 2019. In 2020, the project won the Live Organic Awards for “Best Healthy Dining Concept,” and in 2022 we expanded internationally with two locations in Dubai. Now we have 11 cafes across the UAE and more openings are already in development.

Aesthetics and attention to detail are at the heart of everything I create — from recipes to visual storytelling. Through my blog, I share inspiration, recipes, and the lifestyle philosophy behind the Angel brand.
