Ingredients:
• A handful of kale
• 1/2 green apple
• 1 tsp chia seeds
• A handful of ice
• 3 mint leaves
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Chilled brewed green tea (Gyokuro or Tamaryokucha)
• 1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
